If I lose my run flats, what are my options for a spare? There is no room for a spacesaver spare underneath. Wondering what others have done who have gone this route.

I had a nail go through my sidewall on the way in to work today. Bottom line is a new Goodyear Eagle Run Flat 205/17 RSA EMT is going to be $375. For one tire!!!! All new tires Goodyear Eagle GT's are $640. for all 4. But they are not run flats and I have no spare. I am sure this is a common issue - just new for me. So...
