We've got a pretty good idea about what kinds of MINIs are out there now let's see who's got the most motoring experience.

I'm still breaking my MCS in. I drove it up from Long Island around Thanksgiving ('05) and so far that's the longest trip it's been on. Hopefully this summer will bring good tunes and open road!

3700 miles, I picked the 06 up on Nov 7, 2005, and I started working about 10 miles roundtrip from the apt in early Dec. When I get in, I can still smell the new car smell...I love that smell

I have 37,459,374 miles, but virtually all of it is in the 4th dimension. If that doesn't count, I have 25,600 since July '04, with the longest trip from Niagara Falls to Saratoga Springs.

Have had my 2006 since Feb 14th (what a Valentine's Day present!) and I'll pass 4,500 miles on my way to the Rally tomorrow morning. Most of those miles have been back-and-forth to work everyday (56 miles round trip), although we have had a few joy rides, too.

Currently our "Tadris" is just under 4000.

We "dematerialied" from Towne on the second Saturday in April.

Since then our "adventure" has been mostly fun events; our daughter's SOLO II events, the MCoW's Road Rally, Mall runs, etc.

I believe our "Tadris" rolled 3000 on the way to the Road Rally.

keeping it simple -

before I purchased the car for real - about 6000 mi during the 2 nd week of May 2004 (Roch to Sonoma and back with stops along the way in WI, OK, CO etc.) and during the 2 nd week of May 2006 about 5000 mi - all on the Cannonball One Lap of America (and lots of track miles in all kinds of weather)

41+ (04 MCS), Keep in mind my comes off the road from Nov-Feb. and is a secound car to the jetta.
