I just spoke with our registrar and the May school at WGI is filling up fast. But, there is still some room in the novice group. If you have never done a driver school, check out the GVC BMW CCA web page and sign up.
You will not hurt your car or void your warranty. You do not need to do anything to your car (stock is fine, modified is fun). You can even borrow a helmet from the Club. You WILL have more fun with your MINI than you have had to date.
We already get quite a few MINIs, but I would love to add a few more. There are also a lot of woman that drive with, and instruct for, us! So if you have never been to a driver school, check it out. If you have done the parade laps, you will quickly see how much more fun that track is at speed!
Not to mention, the safety aspect of what you will learn may save your life on the street.
I originally signed up for the May school, but our daughter is graduating from college that weekend, so I switched the pre-registration to the August session.
