For those that are new, Watkins Glen has an opening weekend every year, were they allow you to take your own vehicle out on the track. For $25, you get 3 paced laps, (officially 55mph). In the past, for $50, you get 2 additional 3 lap sets. (9 total). All proceeds go to charities. CASH ONLY. No credit or presales.
An added perk this year, is that they just resurfaced the entire track, & this is the first event on the new surface.

For those that are on FB, a new Facebook group called MINIs at the Glen has just been created. In that group, a Watkins Glen event has been created. That event is being used as a central coordination site, for all the clubs & MINI owners that are attending.

We are going to meet at Towne Mini about 7:30am, for coffe & donuts.
As your rally master, I would like to leave about 8:15am, as we have a 1pm lap time & have to allow time to meet the other groups & to sign waivers at the track.
