Anyone looking for a good all purpose gluten free flour mix, we have been using this mix, with good success. 200 grams of sorghum flour, 200 grams of millet flour, 300 grams of sweet rice flour, and 300 grams of potato starch. (Thats for 1000 grams of flour mix.) Look for sweet rice flour over white rice flour. Sweet rice is a short short grain rice, other wise know as sticky rice.
