I was not really sure where to put this so I figured the general discussion area would be the most appropriate.

For those of you who do not know me my name is Mike, I am one of the Motoring Advisors at MINI of Rochester (MOR).  MOR is starting a MINI Club called Roc City MINI's. We are starting the club as a way for MINI owners in the WNY area including Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and the Finger Lakes to participate in. Although some of the initial funding for the club will comes from MOR and we will host regular meetings at the dealership this is not meant to be MOR's club, this is for Motorers.

We are currently working on a club structure, figuring out what we will charge for dues, and how those dues will be spent for eventrs throughout the year. We plan on having regualr events like rallys, gatherings, dinners, etc. I know that the MINI club of WNY is a more informal club so I'm simply posting up here to see whats peoples interest are in joining a more formal club that will have regular events and such.

We are welcoming suggestions on structure, events, and what you would love to see from a more active MINI club. I look forward to hearing from all of you. ~ Mike
