Autocross at Ralph Wilson Stadium

Hi, just wanted to check if anyone on the board will be attending this Sunday or attends autocross events in general in Buffalo or Rochester. It will be my first event with new to me clubman. I autocrossed mazda 3 last year and had a blast.

I would have made it out but I was unfortunately out of town that weekend. Looks like it was a blast, hopefully I won't have any conflicts for the next autocross weekends!

Yes, you guys should come out. I will be attending every event at Ralph this year as well as a few events in Rochester. You can really push the car to its limits. Loved autocrossing the mini (especially with DTC off). I did ok (check out the results on wny scca website; another mini took 2nd place in STX) considering I am completely stock with all season tires. It really gave me a good feel for the car. Can't wait to see what this thing can do with some suspension upgrades and lightweight wheels.

Yes Leon, autocross is a great way to get to know your Mini.
You never know when you may need to use those skills in the real world.
You also don't have to worry about voiding your warranty.
Heck, Towne Mini even sponsors an autocross every year.

Love me some autox!!!
I did it last couple seasons with VW Jetta and am SUPER excited to hit courses with my new MCS.
FYI, I started a thread on FLR SCCA Solo 2013 under the non-WNY MINI events section.
Also, GVC BMW has a few events planned too.
Hope to see lots of MINIs at RIT next Sunday.
