Sun Visor doesn't stay in one place

I have a 2011 CountrymanS. I have a problem with the driver side sun visor in that it won't stay where I put it. In a few seconds it eventually twists down to the lowest point which is not ideal. The dealer already replaced it once. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, any thoughts on a fix to tighten it up so its own weight doesn't pull it down?

Duct tape? Seriously, though, the visor on my 2011 Countryman is fine. It should still be covered under warranty.
