Thinking my next mod will be a set of driving lights and a set of fog lights, but will probably wait until WNY thaws a bit before I do that. Well really, the snow slows down my desire to do mods since I can't really enjoy them half as much!

Here are some MUCH better photographs!  Took the girlfriends camera out (she's a camera nerd...its awesome) and it turned out pretty good for someone who only can figure out automatic mode.  I'm sure she'd do a way better job!

Here's the place that did my stripes.  It was a bit of a drive (15 minutes on 90 from Rochester) but was well worth it.  They did an amazing job installing the stripes!  I wouldn't bother purchasing stripes and doing it myself, no way I could have done as good of a job.  The pin stripes on the side of the main stripes (the large ones) would have done me in, they look painful to do!

Original quote with wider stripes and no pin stripes for bumper to bumper was about $300, with the pin stripes I paid $380 plus tax.  That included the materials and everything.  So a bit on the pricey side for stripes especially if you are more of a do it yourself kinda person, but I've never been good with aligning things like that so I decided it would be best not to do it.

Also I notice on other MINIs that there is a wide gap on the hood between the grill and bonnet stripes & emblems and that really botheres me which they did an impecible job on that.  You can only see the gap if you get up really close and look at it.

Thought I would show off my stripe too! I changed out my old stripes with Carbon Fiber vinyl a few months back. Now my stripes match my dash.

Great looking stripes! I like the design with the thin pinstripe between the two larger stripes. Certainly looks great!
