Pictures, please! I'm so sorry I didn't go today. Got totally soaked at the horse show, had a rotten judge that kicked us out of our first class (because she thought that Hanna was unsound, even though she didn't say anything in the other two classes that I entered into) and finally pulled out of the show once the arena got so mucky that it was just miserable to ride in. Would have been better off going around the track, that's for sure!

Holly, I think Hanna would have had a better time going around the track! :) We missed you! We had some rain on the track, but not bad. Now that I'm home, it's beautiful out! We had a small (or MINI) but enthusiastic crowd, and thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the day.
Wow! My son and I had a great time. Thanks Cathleen for setting it up and showing us around. Racing around the track was so cool. Since this was my first MINI car purchase and rally event, All I can say is that I am impressed with the pure driving performance of the MINI. We also liked taking the lap on the original course, thru Town. I can't imagine how it must have been for those early drivers to race that course. Intense! It was great to get to know, everyone. The conversation was fun!We absolutely loved all the car talk and the race stories. I think my son found some new friends. What a treat! Can't wait to go again.
Attached some pixs.

The extra lap was really rather hilarious. My sister was yelling at me because I started following them. But I realized that I wasn't supposed to go that way as soon as I passed the cones, so I turned around and got back on the track after the last car went by. Had fun, though, wish I could have stuck around longer to socialize at the park, but I hadn't gotten much sleep over the weekend and had come straight from Jersey (left at 6:30am, hah!) so my mom told me to go take a nap. Looking forward to the next meet I can go to! Which may not be for a while, considering I'm in Syracuse/Rochester and my sister has the MINI in Buffalo... Let me tell you, Dodge Neons are nowhere near as fun as MINIs...
