Glitzy Girl Holly- that birdie must have not smelled my burning clutch! My poor little Mini.

Jim McDowell (president of MINI USA) and his son parked next to me at the summit, he saw my frazzled face and asked me how the drive up was. I just smiled...

You rock, Nicole! Don't sell yourself short. It's not an easy drive, and I told Brian we had to wait until I calmed down to start the trek down the hill. I stalled out going up, and I heard that a bunch of others did, too! Al told us that he spoke with a couple at a gas station that had to get someone to drive down for them because they were so overwhelmed by the drive. You did a GREAT job, and should be proud of what you accomplished!!!!!

A lady in the gift store at the top of the mountain actually hugged me when she overheard me telling Brian that I was too shaky to drive down.

Hey Everyone
Sorry I haven't been on,just busy busy busy. First I want thank you all for the great weekend couldn't have spent it with better friends. Second I want to say Nicole Im proud of you to have conquered the mountain alone it was not an easy drive . Cammie was there to guide you.
I will try to post some pics later this week . Thanks again everyone.
