I don't know how it is in other parts of the state, but here in the western southern tier, the fall colors seem to be coming on early this year. Jill and I have been out quite a bit this weekend and some reds and oranges are starting to show up in the hills. If this keeps up (and it translates as far east as Letchworth), I think the colors might be outstanding for the 27th!

I'm new to Buffalo and I have a new MINI that is absolutely demanding to be driven.

I work Saturday but not Sunday so this is PERFECT.  (I've also signed up to drive at the BMW event on the 19th so maybe I'll see some of you there too?)

I'd love to caravan up from Buffalo.  I'm right in town.

I live in Alden. We will have to see who is coming from the Buffalo area & pick a meeting spot & time

YAY!! i quit my old job and am not working in depew. hour drive from my house. but its so awesome there and i can take off whenever i want to with no issues. its awesome. just started 2 days ago. I am so excited to go to this event!! tedscar rules! haha.

Can't wait for the gathering!  If it is half as much fun as last year it will be a GREAT TIME!

For those of you traveling from the Buffalo area...if you find yourself on a backroad between Oakfield and Batavia keep an eye out for the "Happy Cow".

hey VB, I posted earlier about maybe getting the Buffalo area MINI's to meet in East Aurora. That would be on your way across from Hamburg. There is alot of construction in the Village, so it may have to be near the 400 exit.

Very much looking forward to seeing everyone! Gc3, will the fireman and or Spidey be joining you? (We might need some tree trimmin' done...)

It seems to be the consensus from what people have posted that I probably don't need to bring charcoal, etc. this year? That might work better since we'll likely be coming from out of town. In fact, we might try to hook up with the Rochester crew since we'll be closer to that part of the world. Might as well make a MINI--van of it, eh?

For the Rochester crew, how about 9:00 a.m. at the Lowe's parking lot? That way, we'll arrive at the park around 10:00 or so. Does that work?
