Tinman are there any houses around you for sale cuz I want you to be my neighbor.....

Just noticed a house up for sale about a mile from me right on the canal. Asking price is $399,900. It was built in 2006 and even has a dock. Told you I would let you know.

Last summer I drove to Florida for vacation (in my MINI of course) and got BC Racing coilovers installed by Pete at MINSPEED in Pompano Beach (minspeed.net). He did a really good job and it was the cheapest price I had seen for coilovers. After I had done I went to driving school at the Glen and man was it a blast. The nice thing about coilovers is that you can raise them back up in the winter, typically springs can't be adjusted. I am very happy with the results the only thing is there is no limiter on the coilovers so when you hit a big bump you can and will rub the wheel well.
