That has to be one heck of a connection to be able to hold that heavy door like that as well as move smoothly.  It's definatly a youification...

I'm digging it.

If I weren't keeping the car stock (mostly) I would totally go that route.

I love a hidden stock look. What is neat about these is when the doors are closed no one thinks anything, but when they open they will be shocked.

I always toy with working on the conversion to add turbo to my non-s nothing better than a hidden turbo or super charger. There apparently are ways to do this without getting a new hood.

Jim Smith's Mini was at Minis On Top this year. I first met Jim & Pat at MOT 2004 when they had their first Mini, and now Jim & Pat have their own. Jim's been modifying his a bit. Pat has a Sidewalk convertible now. (Photo by Ian Cull)
