Future Darwin Award Winner?

For those that don't know about the Darwin Awards here is the descripton from the website (http://www.darwinawards.com/).

Named in honor of Charles Darwin, the father of evolution, the Darwin Awards commemorate those who improve our gene pool by removing themselves from it.

Now for the latest potential winner.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! I have learned a long time ago to not be amazed. With the RFD I go to houses were we have had people using the "charcoal" grill in the bedroom, livingroom and basement. Electric cords runing with inside railing on steps, hanging near bathtubs etc... Then there is the guy that has the freeburing fire within 6" inches of the house. People painting cars in a closed up location with the a live-flame type heater. I like this one. Q-why do you think you got in the accedent? A- I droped my burger and had a hard time picking it up while I was holding my cell phone and coffee.

From a Product design standpoint its hilarious- and but unfortunitly oftentimes sad to hear some of the stories from our safety department.

Although i must confess....I've done some stuff some people may consider actions fitting of darwin awards (even my fraternity brothers would sometimes stand back in caution saying "its crazy!")...Usually i find myself doing something like that because I understand something very well.....examples?
Spiral Ice luge:Pretty much you end up plugging an icecube into an outlet...I have a bunch of safety precautions and no i do not blow out circuits in the house. Its pretty cool (Ha just got the pun myself)

Here's one that I did at home to solve a problem at work:

What's going on is that two razor blades are separated by match sticks and then electrified with 220V and , the resistance of the water is what creates the heat, flash boiling the liquid. We sent it to our director of engineering (mike) who showed it at the Managers meeting...It got a lot of GOOD laughs (by the way thats one of my coworkers narrating and taping while i demonstrate)
