those rims are nice. For your car and your style it works.

For me i like a different look, black with polished lip. I like more spokes and thinner spokes.

Deffinitly get those rims for your car if thats what you like. We can both have super hot rims to show off after winter. hehe.

Did you look at any type of Cold air intake or short ram intake for your mini? or are you not going with those types of mods? wanna keep the warranty?

CAI's shouldn't do anything to your warranty and on that front I am looking at the AFE.

After winter when I order some summer tires I am going to get some summer rims. Although I do really like my holies.

Whats a AFE? sorry never heard that one.

Those rims are sweet, but i think 2500$ then shipping and then the tires then balanced. so roughly 3500$ seems alot for rims to me. But if you have the money then do it.

I just love the whole blacked out look. so thats what im going for. Im blacking out the beltline today i hope.

Although I despise the W-Mart, You can get you tires mounted there SUPER cheap..Like at a quater of the price of the other shops i looked around at... oh and also checik out the G-force Tires from BF Goodrich, the treads look SUPER B.A.... I got 'em on my MINI

ill look into that after winter. ill have them for spring and ready to go on my car.

bought the stuff to black out everything on my car today, now i just need two full sundays to black out everything. maybe 3. beltline will be done tomorrow morning maybe. if not sunday.

I have to look into tires next but ill look at those tires venno.

next i need a heated garage so i can paint my calapers red

also satin black the gas cap,door handles, headlight rings, taillight rings, emblems, and grill. forgot to mention joey mod. then everything chrome will be gone! yay! furious

Tints i hope will be soon once i can afford it. Got a little suprise with those for all of you. hehehe biggrin

See I go just the opposite I love the chrome. looks nice what you have done. What is the joey mod. I have looked into the red calapers and I plan on doing it as some point also, there are a few good kits.

VB, Remember, you shouldn't Drive your MINI for atleast 24 hours after painting your Calipers .....or at least that's what the directions say....I think they just mean, you can drive it, but you shouldn't use your brakes......You think you can just look at your MINI for 24 hours and not drive it??? .....but you know what?...who needs brakes anyway though?? Go for Drive!

Actually I'd make a crack about needing brakes if i were driving behind Capt. Slow's brother SPDinNY, but with him taking a brake, it kinda looses the fun of the joke

youll see the suprise wednesday or thursday. hehehe. Joey mod is when you take the headlight assembly apart then black out the chrome then put back together.

it doesnt effect the lighting cause you dont black out the silver reflection piece in the projection headlights. ill show you when i do mine after winter.

tedscar, the beltline is the "chrome" molding right below your window that goes around your entire car.

It's the crome around the bottom of all the windows. I had to look at his pics then look at my MINI and then his pics and my MINI and his pics.... Our belt line is crome..

all my mods besides the headlights (joey mod) will be reversible. But i honestly do plan on keeping this car. Just making it insane. I love my car. I did the vinal black beltline myself. it just peels right off if you want it too.

I like to think of Kittty as having a little attitude, especially with her hood scoop rims and tires, and I thought the Rubber ducky on the antenna was an excellent touch of contrast.....I got a duck in my CZ MINI too, this one's dressed up like the Queens gaurds with a furry hat and red jacke..He sits on my dash...
