Just wanted to let tedscar know that we were happy that we came out to the event that he organized.  So nice to meet tedscar, PepperMINI, Dumpnrun, and family members.  blankstare

Hey all, thanks for coming over--it was wonderful to meet you and Motor around! Jill thought the MINI handled really well on the way home (from the passenger seat hmm ). Other than Blanche (the talking GPS) messing with us on the way home and a thousand bugs sacrificing their faces--and butts--into our windshield, our trip home was uneventful. Scenery was really gorgeous--well worth a few extra twists and turns. Hope to see you all again soon!

Wow, you guys took some awesome pics! I'll try to figure out how to load mine up once I get a chance. It was a great day with perfect weather and wonderful company. The homemade donuts, drive through the park, fun hike, and duck/dog company made it just a fantastic day.

Oh, and by the way, Quack Quack Jack and Quack Quack Jill were handed off to Cathleen (aka YellowMINI) tonight, so they'll be soon on their way to DC, and then back to the UK for the Italian Job run. Thanks so much, Cat, for allowing the ducks to join us today! They're great ambassadors for the club.

Sorry you couldn't make it Cathleen but I'm sure QQJ & QQJ will tell you all about it! It was great to have the PepperMINI pod of folks. Hope you got all your homework done before you left the park!

I think today went well enough that we'd shoot for another one next year. It's pretty hard to go wrong at that park, but the fall is really incredible there. I might try to talk Jill into another trip over in a week or so--the colors ought to be popping by then.

Holly, once you upload pics to photobucket...select the photos you want, then go to the bottom of the page and press the [Generate HTML and IMG code] Then just click the one in the middle (this will automatically copy it to your clipboard) then you can come to the forum and paste into your new post...like this.
