on mini2 I am trying to get a group buy on the detroit tuned bypass valve for 02-05 S's.  It looks like we may be able to get them for $100 each pluss shipping and tax. Any interest?

We have had a few come through the shop, seems to give pretty good results, and for $125.00 you really cant go wrong. In the November through December issue of MC2 on page 68 their is a bit of information on the valve, not much, but nice to read.

I just installed my BPV on thursday night and its Great! Kittty Really comes to life at the low end. Installation is fairly easy, two things that were not so hot: It did lower my mpg a little, but not by much, I think that my valve may be deffective, (its like the valve needs a drop of lube or something) but I'll be calling Detroit durring my lunch break today to find out more.
I'll give you a call when I'm in Cuse and you guys can give her a try
