Well, those purple Gremlins were kind of funky. My brother had a Pinto that was a decent car. I guess the trick with Pintos was to avoid rear end collisions. You just have to be faster than everyone else.  smile   I'd take a Pinto over a Vega any day.

I can't wait for the checkered rear-view mirror and door handles to be installed. It will really complete the package. I considered doing the interior in checkers and the sunroof in checkers, but it was going to be a little cost prohibitive.

I saw a silver/black Cooper this morning on Monroe ave on the way to work. I wonder if they are a member here. I waved, but not sure if the driver saw me.
