Winter Motoring

Today It was sunny and cold. Rather than curse winter I decided to take the short ride down to my favorite place to photograph, Niagara Falls.

Here is a sample of the sights.

The snow mountains in the parking lot.

Luna Island covered in ice.

The mist on the trees.

The horseshoe falls.

The sun is out and I don't care if it's cold.

I think it will be a while before they can walk behind the falls.

Keep Warm,

Cheers,
Jack

Nice pics, Jack. Great to see you're keeping up to your part of the 'Always Open' contract! :)

Jack,
What is really striking about the pictures is how the trees are hardened to having that much ice on them, without major damage! I know that we were caught with leaves still on the trees in October, but the damage was devastating around here. Nice photos Jack, and I'm a photographer speaking! Cogman

Jack,

The top down picture is a bit blurry. Perhaps your MINI or you were shivering?

Anyway, great pictures.

Tried to upload some Oswego snow storm pictures, but my MAC and the website do not see eye to eye.
