I had designs on doing this last year, but alas, summer was just too busy to plan yet (another) pool party here. I was wondering ifanyone would be intrested in a MINI BBQ / Pool Party at my house this year in Lockport. My pool is a medium sized (heated) inground pool, so it's not like everone will be standing around in 4 feet of cold water. Also, two years ago we had over 40 people over, so having too many people is not much of an issue. I am thinking that July would be best, as long we have a nice summer like last year.
I think a pool party is a splashing, I mean smashing, idea. Not to mention a chance to photograph fellow Mini owners in bathing attire and provide blackmail opportunities for a long time.
I have a small collection of inflatable pool toys, a crab, an alligator, and a ring toss flamingo.
Now for the challenge. How do we pick a hot sunny day?

No kidding... we'll have to see how July is treating us before we start to pick on a day... it will definatally be a check your e-mail before you leave your house type of event...
