I just received the reservation confirmation, for the same Middle Falls Pavilion as last year.   

All the regional MINI clubs & MINI Motorers are invited.

Admins, feel free to organize your club's rally to the park. We usually plan to arrive at the park about 10am.

This is pot luck style picnic & Towne MINI has graciously offered to supply Hot dogs & Hamburgers, again this year.
Things to bring; side dishes, salads, drinks, desserts, plates, cups & utensils.
The shelter does have electricity, so crock pots are doable.

This is a pack in, pack out State Park. Nothing can be left in the shelter, when we leave, including garbage.

Is anyone from the Buffalo area heading to this event this weekend? Is there a meeting spot ahead of time?

Oh my gosh. I forgot to post that. Sooooo Sorry.

We are meeting at Altons in Elma. Corner of Transit & Seneca, just off the 400.

We are will be leaving there at 9am, so plan to get there around 8:30ish.

There'll be about 15 or so MINI's, meeting at Altons. Most have been conversing on the Facebook group site.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/miniclubofwny/

In total I'm estimating about 60 to 65 people with close to 40 MINIs.

By the way, Towne MINI just announced that instead of grilling hamburgers & hot dogs, they are having a caterer provide Barbecued Chicken & pulled pork.
