cards left on my car window

On Friday (6/12) me and my wife were having dinner at the Lakewood Rod and Gun, when we came out someone had left two business sized cards on the window of our green mini. Due to the rain I was only able to make out one of the cards, and that was one for the "Mini club of WNY." Just wondering if anyone on the board might know what the other card was for? MIGHT have the last name of "Jarosz" on it. Any help is greatly appreciated, just not sure of what I might have missed out on.

Ahh, that would have been Jim Jarosz. He is also a club member, and lives in the Jamestown area.
