New guy to the Mini World

Well I trade in my 335i for the new 2013 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works GP they had at Towne.  Number 361.  I can't wait to see all the WNY mini drivers.  Hopefully you all have some meets or events for this year.  I remember seeing something about all the minis going to a go kart track before? 

This is my first mini and having multiple BMW's.  Really looking forward to getting her to the track this summer and really having some fun.  Waiting for new tires to be put on so hopefully picking her up this week!

Hi and welcome! GPs are really cool! Congrats on your purchase! Looking forward to meeting you!

The two biggest events for me that happened last year are Watkins Glen and doing autocross at the go kart track in Avon. There are more and I need to find time to get out there more often.

I also autocross with WNY region. I hope you can make it to these events this year as well.

Going around the Glen is so fun, unfortunately you have to follow a pace car, but we were reaching close to 100mph last time I went!

You have to follow a pace car? that is so lame... I went there before with my 545i and they had that follow the pace car thing going.  I just want to get out there and drive...
