Steering Wheel Lock Malfunctioning

Hi there, new Mini owner here and need some help. Recently purchased a 2007 Mini Cooper S (manual) out of state and even more recently the steering wheel lock malfunctioning warning signal has popped up in the message center. Called the dealership I purchased from and they have agreed to reimburse me for the repair done here in the Buffalo area. I have to provide them with three quotes from local mechanics (non-Mini dealerships). The problem is I don't know which mechanics have the appropriate technology to diagnose and work on this issue.  Any suggestions? Anyone have this issue before?

Black Forest Motorsports and Swiderski Motorcar in Buffalo.

These are the two I know. Also The Little Speed Shop in Rochester.

Thanks 67Morris. I spoke to someone who takes their Audi to Black Forest and he says Jason does legit work. I'll give him a call.
