Just wanted to pop in for a second and say 'hey' since it's been so long. Haven't been in a Mini since I sold Kassy, but I think about one (and by extension, most of you OG Mini people) every day. I'm probably another 30 months away from considering another one (just got a Kia Optima lease a few months back), but I figure that doesn't mean I can't hang around here, right?
So if you ever see a goofball waving or thumb's up from their gunmetal gray Optima, they aren't losing their mind. It's just me still remembering that motoring spirit and saying 'hi' to my brothers and sisters. Once a Mini owner, always a Mini owner.

I always resist the urge to wave when in my wife's car I know what you mean. My 2005 just got totaled, but I am picking up a new to me 2008 cabrio s tomorrow! So I will wave back if I see ya!
