Well, its been some time and figured I'd post some pictures and give the story.  I was making a u-turn downtown Rochester and was struck on the front right passenger corner fo the vehicle.  The other driver has a fantasic story to tell, that having a suspended license and getting arrested for a DUI that night!  Ultimately was about $7,500 in total damages to my MINI.  Ended up taking it to a body shop that wasn't the dealer, and of course ended up having to take it to the dealer anyways to deal with a broken steering wheel lock and temperature sensor.  In all it took about 6 weeks to fully fix it (knocking on wood here...).

Never fun, but just glad everyone was ok!  The other car hard to get towed and the tow truck driver commented that the MINI took the hit like a tank haha.
