Hope you realize that Western NY is quite a bit farther than 50 miles away from Brooklyn! Just wanted to let you know that its not a "short" trip for us and for me is likely 350 miles and more likely to be more for those who are in Buffalo. Best of luck getting some tires for your MINI, possible that someone has a spare set.

NEMINI is another NYC area Mini site that might reach someone with snow tires closer to you. Also check out Tire Rack, though they may be a little more expensive than what you're looking for, they have excellent service.
I have a set of wheels for sale in this section for $220. They are purple But for $250 I'll paint them any color you want. You are gonna have to come farther then 50 miles for pickup though. Maybe I could meet you halfway but thats still 150 miles each. At $250 they are the probably the cheapest set of 16" wheels you will find.
