I took my wife down and test drove it right after the got it in. She's always wanted a MINI but never drove one. We ordered a countryman the next day. Now we just have the pain of waiting 8 weeks or so to get it in :(

My usual advice is to get all the things done now while you're waiting that you've been procrastinating on, because once the Mini is here you'll be to busy driving!
Maureen saw it and call me to tell me about it. She loves it. The extra room and 4 doors are what she needs with the grandkids.
She saw it after she drove MiniMo there for repairs and then had a flatbed take it back the day after she picked it up. I would have to say that MINI USA and Towne went over backwards to help her out. ABS, intake, new head gasket and timing chain. WOW. Now that MiniMo is perfect she is thinking about ordering a Countryman too. Maybe I'll buy MiniMo off her. WOO HOO!

When Brian and I were in Florida last week, we went to the MINI dealership and took a look at the Countryman. We didn't test drive it (they had 6 or 7 on the lot, but they were all automatics), but we got to play with the one on the showroom floor, and we both liked it. I want to go test drive a stick version sometime.
