RSR would be running in one of the supporting races on the same weekend. There are a number of ticket packages, check the WGI site for more info. Here is the Schedule http://www.theglen.com/Tickets-Event.../Schedule.aspx
It would be nice to get a group of minis to meet up and make a run out of it.
RSR is participating in the Continental Tire Challenge Series (ST Class) - they practice Friday morning and afternoon, qualify Fri. @ 5:35. and race Sat. 10:15am-12:45pm (2 1/2 hrs). The cool thing about Grand Am racing is that you can walk through the paddock and talk to the drivers and crew and see them work on their cars right in front of your eyes. And the best part is it's all included with the price of admission - $30 for the entire weekend (Fri., Sat. & Sun.) is a bargain for over 9 hrs. of actual racing plus all the practicing and qualifying. The Rolex Series hits the track for their 6 hr. race starting Sat. @2pm, which means they race until 8pm @ dusk.
