no but at that price even if they last 30k you can buy another set and still do better than the Goodyears. As far as a spare most Mini owners just get the Green Slime repair kits that come with a small portable compressor. That is what the BMW Mobility kit is I think. I forgot what my M3 has in it. But ya Green Slime and a small compressor.

I have the BMW mobility kit and it's just a variation on the Slime kit sold by TireRack and others. As described above, it has a bottle of sealant and a compressor. The BMW kit also has a set of gloves and a couple of other small accessories and a nice little case with the BMW logo. I primarily have this for the winter tires on my 135i, but will be using regular tires once the runflats wear out.

I'm not sure about the other models, but the BMW version requires you to remove the valve stem with the provided tool, screw a little tube onto the valve and then squeeze the sealant into the tire. Once that's done, reinstall the valve stem and then move the car back & forth a little to distribute the sealant in the tire. Once completed, inflate the tire using the compressor. Since the sealant is not going to be perfectly distributed within the tire you're warned not to drive over a certain speed as the tire is now out of balance and can cause substantial shimmying and possible damage if it rotates too quickly. The goal of the kit is not to permanently repair the tire but to let you inflate it and gain sufficient mobility to get to a place where it can be repaired correctly.

Of course, the inside of the tire is now filled with goo that will need to be cleaned out. Plus, if you have the newer tire pressure monitoring system which uses small transmitters in each wheel, you may find the TPM sensor needs to be replaced (I'm not positive about that but there are reports that the goo prevents them from working). The tire pressure monitoring system in older MINIs doesn't have internal transmitters but uses wheel sensors to monitor rotation and alerts when the variation is too great, so the goo kits wouldn't be a problem.
