This Sunday there is a short (60 mile) TSD rally in Bloomfield NY The Rally is formated using Tulip style instructions and checkpoints The intent of the rally is provide informtion and training Mostly paved roads in the Bristol Hills with only one dirt road with anaverage speed of 30mph.
