5 stars to Towne service. Mark and the gang were great. MiniMo went in for her first year checkup (two mos late). Had the passenger window issue taken care of. It turns out that no matter how hard we tried we could not get the window to reset to the full auto up position. Many of you dug back in your mind and gave us great advice. Yet in the end it took replacement of a few parts by Towne to get it to work. Figures, you all help out and its a micro chip. We had issue with the power roof not opening at times. No matter how ofter I cleaned it in the tracks is would stick down. It took them 3 hours to fix that. Glad they did it. I might have put a hammer through the glass by now. Lastly, they took care of the rear window molding issue. If you recall there was some pealing and pitting on the bottom peice. When I arrived at Towne to give MiniMo a hug she smiled at me from behind. There it was. A brand new shinny smile. She had a moding replacement makeover! Oh and yes the inspection was down.
Thank you Towne service. You were all very nice with smiles and I only hope that you all are around a long time. Our purchase back when was perfect. But the service dept. was even better.
