I have never done a sway bar,but I have lift in my garage that you can use. I live in Lockport. biggrin

A lift would be very helpful!! Thanks a bunch. It doesn't seem like a hard instal but a lift would make it so much easier.

you need to unbolt the subframe and support it I know that much =P

I am so excited about this mod. I went to the extreme and got the 22mm bar I am going to be whipping around turns in no time. I heard about the subframe and I think I have to take the rear shock assembly out I am not sure. Time to do more research on NAM.

yeah the rear shocks drop out but it is just a couple bolts. I honestly think this job is best done on jack stands as like I said you need to support the sub frame. We are going to tackle the coilovers on my wife's R56 on Monday after I get out of work
