I hope this is the correct forum.  I have used these winter tires through 2 winters in Rochester.   Purchased new from Towne.  They are Dunlops and already mounted on rims.  Included are the full size Mini hub caps.  I also have the small hub caps.  And I'll throw in a set of Mini car carpets(4) that were only used one year.  I ended up upgrading to the rubber ones.  These originally cost me over $800 but I'm selling them for $500 for best offer for all.
