Willi-mart gave me the best price...Mounted and balanced 4 tires for I think like 40 bucks total...either way, their total cost was what the local guys were wanting to charge PER TIRE....The Camillus Super Willi did a great job....the manager of the tire shop actually personally did it just to make sure nothing got messed up

Did that price include new hardware? I want to make sure if I need new wheel bolts they are good ones. Also I don't need mounting, maybe a check for balance, but they have been used so they were balanced at one point. I really just need them put on and put on correctly the first time, so I know nothing is rubbing or what not.

Thanks for the info, I had them do a rotation after I got frustrated by over tightened bolts they only charge $1.50 a tire for rotation.

Ok so the set I am looking at comes with Wanli s-1088 tires. I have read some bad reviews about these. The thing is most bad reviews are from people who have never used them so it is hard to tell what the real story is. Also I have found good reviews from people who actually have driven with them. Does anyone here have any experience with this brand/tire? I want something safe, and I just can't afford the Eagle f1's I really want.

I don't think you'll need new bolts...The bolts don't go through any plastic deformation (thread deformation or bolt elongation), and if the bolts are tightened to the correct torque they shouldn't see any fatigue either. The only real reason that you would need new bolts was if you stripped your thread (by over tightening) or if you plasticly deformed the bolt by exceeding its tensile strength (by over tightening) but with a M14 or M16 (or whatever is used), I'd be guessing you're more likely to strip the thread before you reach the UTS.
Also keep in mind that the bolts might not be over tightened but because you have different metals there you can get some galvonic corrosion and when that happens, stuff seizes...(which is why if you're doing it right, you use 'anti-sieze')
...but to answer your original question, that price was mount and balance with no hardware
I'd recommend re-balancing the tires. Often as tires are handled the stick on weights can come off.

Although I haven't tried the Wanli, I'd probably go with larger more 'Brand name' tire manufacturer....Tires are VERY COMPLICATED...they may seem like just some rubber with grooves in it to make it look fast, but really, these things demand A LOT of research and development in material, manufacturing processes, and quality control which smaller companies don't really have the resources to provide.
Further-more what makes the tire industry more complicated is that its an industry that's driven by cost and not by performance or published technical data. So if they keep their technical data seceret, how can the tire companies persuade the customer that by paying more you're getting something better?- they can't- so they end up shooting themselves in the foot.

I have decided to go another route anyway. I found some enkeis that have some curb damage that can be fixed in the future, better brand and a better tire and cheaper. Cheaper because the tires are just about worn out. The reason I was going to need new hardware for the tenzos is because they would require a longer bolt to safely attach to the hub.

I know it looks like the wrong bolt pattern, but they do come in 4-100
