Within the week and a half (something like that) that ive been part of this forum there has been barley any posts. Im just so curious why this site isnt going nuts with posts all over haha. It just saddens me. I go on here at least twice a day and theres never nothing new. haha. LETS GET THIS SITE BOOMING!!! tell me why you think this is....

When you look at the site are you clicking on "Recent Posts"? It's the easiest way to look at new activity...
We are a small group of people, but recently have had more activity than in the past with all the new members.
Whenever you meet a fellow MINIac out in the real world be sure to refer them here, I'd love to see the CNY/WNY Mini owners grow into a community that is as active as some of the New England clubs or some of the southern clubs that Mark & I have observed in our travels.

Taking a road trip with one of my sons to see one of my other sons and his wife in Tampa Bay next week. Everyone has told me to fly. My responce - "you don't own a MINI so you don't understand "it's a MINI thing". When we come back I will tell all and post a few pics of the road trip.
There is my first post in 2 days. It's has been a little slow the past week but hey it's nice out ummmm when it's not raining...LOL
Calling out to Tedscar and klownkrr. Hello. To VeganBrian. Take a look at the User List. some of the new members this year like Mitch (65 posts), Klownkrr (41 posts) and I (70 posts) are VERY new to this site and yet WOW look at all the post. Then there is tedscar and his dog (40 post) who we are all excited for. He is a member waiting for his new mini to arrive.
OMG! I just looked again myself. There are over 65 new members since Jan. 1 this year. Speak up start posting! Just say "hi" once a week! Post a picture of your MINI so we can all go WOW over it. Remember there are "no two MINI's alike". If your affraid, cover the plate with tape when you take the picture. I know "mom"-yellowmini, "dad"-jake07734, sister-pamlico, brother-cogman and the other aunts and uncles would like to know how their kids are doing.

I too noticed we were a little quiet this past week, but I figured everyone was busy. With all the rain we've been getting, I thought maybe people were holed up and not wanting to get their MINIs dirty. I had the pleasure of seeing one of the first 'local' (Rochester) Clubmans bought this year up in Ra-Cha-Cha last week. It was a beauty but the owner lamented the fact that she didn't have a garage. Back to that issue of rain, every time she washed her MINI, it would rain! Bummer!
Hey, on a slightly different topic, anyone know why MCWNY isn't specifically listed on NAM? (If it is, I don't remember seeing it). I'm sure like any organization, we have members come and go, and some more 'vocal' than others. I'l try to stay plugged in to the conversations, even during the winter!
i know i havnt posted to much thats why im trying, theres nothing for me to respond to and i was hoping this post MAY spark some people to have a realization check and start posting. hehe. just trying. i will have my mini JCW in september or october. im excited as all hell
