Once again we are inviting all of our motoring friends to the 2008 edition Pooley Party.

Planned events for Saturday include a rally, BBQ, MINI Olympics etc.

There will be space in the yard to camp out Saturday night and blueberry pancakes for breakfast Sunday morning.

I was wondering are children invited also? We have a 12 year old son.

I will check with hubby and make sure no business trips etc.....

If we are able to make it you will have to send me directions we would be traveling from Olean.

I hope you mean 2008 as I traded in the Deloreon for the cabrio and Alta hasn't come up with a flux capacitor mount yet =(

I spoke with my hubby lastnight and he has to check his schedule, so many things going on with work and the weekends are so few and far between for him. It sounds like a great time though so hopefully we can make it.

More details:

There is plenty of room to pitch a tent for those wishing to stay over Sunday and do a bit of shopping or see the sights.

We will be serving breakfast in the morning for our over night guests.

We very much appreciate Jack & Laurie hosting a great event!  winner.gif There were ~13 or 14 MINI's, many from Ontario.  We enjoyed meeting eveyone, relaxing relax.gif, competing in the Olympic games, especially the Chineese firedrill contest, the drive around the Lewiston area was fun, and the food was simply amazing!  Lunch was great and dinner + desert was awesome!  omg.gif  It was a fantastic time and we're very glad we were there to enjoy it with everyone else there.  thumbsup.gif  Our 4 1/2 month old hasn't stopped talking about this!

Afterward our MINI motored to see the falls lit up at night before heading back to the Rochester area.

Laurie and I want to say thanks to all of our guests we had a great time.
Thanks go out to our morning helpers and of course thanks for all of the yummy picnic cuisine.

Congrats go out to all of the mini Olympians.
Their creative interpretation of the rules always manages to amaze us.

For those that could not attend there is next year.
