A very Mini holiday

So, Mark and I made some cookies

You wouldn't think it was so hard to make Chili Red frosting! British Racing Green came out pretty true to life though.

While neither of us are gifted in the decorating arts, Mark did pretty well smile.gif

he even made a Toyota out of a Mini!

of course, we had to make Bruto and Winnie

and tried to make a few other Minis belonging to our motoring friends

then there are the Christmas-y or winter-y themed ones

look, they're having a meet!

I thought about Checkmate! I couldn't work out how to do the checkerboard detail, but I want to get better with this whole Mini Cookie decorating thing, so in the next batch I promise!

Where did you find a MINI cookie cutter?

Cheers,
Jack

You guys did an awesome job! You must have had a ton of fun decorating the cookies (and eating them, too!). It makes me miss my MINI (tucked away for the winter).

How sad. I have a VW Rabbit, which I actually like more than I thought I would, but it's no MINI. I see the MINI every morning in the garage, and it seems like winter will never end, even though it just began! :( I would recommend the Rabbit, it's really good in the snow, which is why I bought it, and it has decent power.

It's kind of funny because people don't seem to want to eat the decorated cookies, the unfrosted ones are fine but the decorated ones are just too adorable aww

I can appreciate that.  It's clear you put so much work into the decorated ones!  I have to admit, I did go and order a MINI cookie cutter after I saw your pics.smile
