I dont have a whole lot of experience with web design but from my understanding the best way to have high search results is to have as many MINI related words on your landing page as possible. I have a small black box on the TOWNE MINI website with black font in size 2 with around 200 words and all different break downs and combinations, ive fooled around and performed searches unrelated to MINI's and found the TOWNE website to be in the top ten because of that. It seems that the MINI Club of WNY symbol on the landing page is a graphic not text; most of the words that would assist in a search on the site are also links instead of any regular text. Possibly if there was an "About Us" paragraph on the landing page may help, but I truly feel the sparklit host is preventing some search results, as soon as the work spark is inserted into any MINI search this website comes up with in the first five. I realize nothing of which I said helps, just throwing ideas out there. If Liz is watching this im sure she would be the best assistance considering her career.
I took a look at the source code and there is no metadata embeded into the page.
I have a call into Sparklit to see about changing some things. Now that Eric has handed over the mangement duties we should be able to customise things.
I have also sent a message to Google to find out how we can be included in thier search.
