WNY spyware warning

Over the last couple of weeks I have been getting a site warning when visiting here.  Comments anyone?

I haven't seen any warnings, but I'm not sure if I have spyware software on this computer. Considering the banner ads that Sparklit usually has for its free service, I can see where spyware might go along with those. (Which is one of the many reasons I am determined to not have them.)
