Towne Mini freebies?

Towne Mini in Western NY, does anyone who got their mini from them, know what they give as freebies, mats, hats, key chains, etc? Also anything different from the welcome packet, that is still sent out I think? My mini is the boat atm on its way to the VDC. Thanks! "Anderson" arrives in the NY port on the 30th, so only a bit more to go. Then I think what like 2 weeks after until I get?

I got a mug as well but I think that came directly from MINI USA, not Towne. Over the years I've got shirts, pencils, magnets, kites, antenna toppers, meals (at the Towne sponsored events), theft deterrent window etching (they aren't doing that anymore for free) and probably other things but I can't think of them right now. Oh, I won a remote control MINI (retail $100) during their grand opening.

MINI USA used to send out a ton of things to the first buyers of the MINI in the US. It seemed like every other week I was getting a package directly from MINI with some sort of toy.

I had my car in for service a few days ago and Mark Huber gave me a free copy of the latest MC2 magazine. Much more useful than coffee cup or a toy car.

We just picked up our cooper s on august 17. our sales person Greg gave us free floor mats, and a rear bumper cover.

He also set us up with Brion Kelly who does the clear bra.

We got a mug with cookies a week later.

i got pencils mini mints, magnets a hammer and coop air freshener, pencils mini takes the states poster little nitty gritty stuff.

Ray, the saleman went over the car with us for free when we picked up the car. Well we did get the mug from MINI too. LOLbiggrin I would say the biggest and best item for free is the group of MINI owners that you can become part of. If you have not had a MINI before, "it's a MINI thing you will understand".

We just got a great mug with Elroy's name on it filled with yummy cookies. Greg also gave me checkered valve stem covers. They are neat!

A CAI is a Cold Air Intake and can be used on either the supercharged or the naturally aspirated models. It replaces the stock air filter allowing for less hot air from the engine being used for the air intake. I believe it allows the engine to burn the fuel more thoroughly with less HP loss. Also it makes your car sound a little more beefy and should give you a little more pep.
