FS: modded 2006 Chili Red Mini Cooper S

car has under 83k on it is Chili Red with Red Roof and red interior (doorskins, dash) . Heated seats are great. Xenon headlights. Tires were replaced this year. Rear brakes and rotors were replaced at beginning of this spring front brakes and rotors this past weekend. Oil has been changed by Towne Mini within 5k (will call and get the exact mileage). The car is very quick and I am really torn with parting from it. This is my second Mini and hopefully not my last. It has the following mods done:

Megan racing coilovers (32 damper positions)

Alta 22MM rear sway set at mid position

OBX header welded to stock cat

Invidia Titanium exhaust

MOMO 17" black Rims

15% SC pulley

Alta intercooler boots

RMW Newman cam installed by the little speed shop

RMW 450cc injectors

Alta cold air intake

Alta intercooler Air Divertor

RMW recommended colder +4 spark plugs

RMW pro tune

Poly solid motor mounts

TSW Upper engine mount

Sony Bluetooth head unit with bluetooth audio streaming

Ian Cull auto up module for windows

Mini Cooper center arm rest pad (not OEM but better as it doesn't slide)

Will also include the pro tuner that Jan from RMW and use to send you tunes for this car. It is married to this car.

the car dyno'd att 226whp and 199ft lbs of torque before the header was installed. The car is not loud at all and makes all the right Mini noises

will take pictures later today when I get out of work

Asking $11000 with everything as it is.

Just purchased an '06 Chili Red S. Brake lines are rusty corroded not leaking. I want the dealership to repair, but inspection ok's lines unless they are leaking. Towne Mini wants 780. plus tax. Any suggestions as to a better price from a local repairshop who is familair with Mini's? I am beside myself that I purchased the car and now have to put an additional amount into it. Basil won't budge, but the lines sure look unsafe to me!

try a Mavis discount tire? These are just brake lines nothing too complicated. Mavis charges 60/hr much less than Mini

Was able to convince Basil Used Auto to contribute 1/2 the fund needed to repair from Towne. Never should have sold a vehicle that they are unable to repair! Just purchased and Shoot Mr. 2013 Sonic....Your's sounds more souped up than MINE! Just missed out on YOU!!
I looked at those Chevy Sonics...Not bad, but this Chili-Red '06 was a Bucket List Purchase for me. I am happy. Good luck selling, I am sure there is a Mini Buff who wants yours! I am now looking for a set of winter tires. I have NEVER EVER used a pair on my RX-7, Prelude or Integra but have heard from many sources that I NEED Winter Wheels. What Gives?

Funny you should mention a Sonic! I had bought a 2013 White Sonic LT with a 1.4 turbo in it, I have recently sold it and purchased a Ford Fiesta ST. I happen to have a set of snow tires on steelies from my Sonic I am going to be selling. I bought them from tire rack last year so they have very little wear if any. I would like $350 for the set of snows on rims.

Was able to convince Basil to replace the System through Towne Mini, they worked out the difference. Looking to replace the rusted muffler system. Mufflerman here in Buffalo Suggested the Borla system. I order and they replace for $150. If I would have seen that post for the Chili-Red for $11000 I would have seen his first. I have not even driven this that much. Still Love IT!
