Allignment specs and a place to get it done

Hi All, I am putting my rear control arms tomorrow and was wondering if someone can recommend a good place to get my mini alligned. I have IE fixed camber plates, so I was thinking max neg camber front (probably 2 deg), about 1 deg neg rear, and 0 toe all around. If you have better specs let me know. Am trying to get it done before Sep 1 ( my next autocross). Thanks!

I've got the IE fixed plates, and have about 1.7 deg in front. You can always slot the holes a bit if you want more. I'm running about 1 degree in the rear, and about 1-2 mm toe in both front and rear. I had Towne MINI do an alignment when I first got the car, and they have a nice machine and were willing to do custom work. Mark and Bruce are good guys to work with there. What other mods do you have on your suspension that you are putting on the RCAs?

I think that the specs that you have are fine. For autocross, you will probably like 0 toe better than what I have on my car.

Let us know what you think after the alignment.

Have fun,
Mike

The only other thing I have is bilstein coilovers... Thanks for the advice! I like Towne service. Will contact Mark and see what he says.

Just make sure that you set the ride height the way that you want it before the alignment. If you're worried about wearing the rear tires, you can always finalize on the alignment rack.

Have fun,
Mike
