Nice color combo! I love the blue with white top/stripes! Congrats on getting your MINI! I can't wait for the next run if for nothing else to check out your ride! Any plans to make it your own yet?

Also good to see another fellow Rochester MINI owner!  Wave when you see other MINI's, its a blast!  If you didn't know Rochester is also getting a MINI dealership (Dorschel MINI) in the spring so you won't have to drive back to Towne too much!

Thanks! I like the color combo too - the turbo is nice also. I wave but no one seems to recognize the ALL4 as a Mini yet perhaps - no one has waved back yet. No plans on customizing yet... I can't wait to hear about the next run - I assume the "run" is some kind of rally. The ALL4 is a rally car for sure! Is there a schedule or a registration to participate? I'll keep motoring and waving!

There is an events forum/section and you can subscribe to it to be e-mailed about new posts. There is a button at the top that you can click. Runs are just where a few of us get together for a drive and talk about MINI's and whatever comes up. I've only been to two (and can't wait for more) with one at Letchworth state park and winding through the park there and another through some back roads in the finger lakes region. It is a blast to just get out and be surrounded by MINI's and be around those who can give some good advice if needed.

As far as waving goes, its hit or miss. Some do some don't, its not that your MINI isn't a MINI, they all don't wave to me either! Winter seems to have decreased the number of MINI's out and also with it getting dark sooner its harder to see people wave so I'm just chalking it up to a combination of all that. If we happen to cross paths I'll be waving! Look for a BRG with Silver Stripes!

I have to admit that it takes me longer to recognize a Countryman as a Mini, and I'm driving one! I find there's still a lot of waving in Rochester, but I think a lot of the non-wavers just don't see the wave in the first place.

I saw one of these around Hamburg yesterday but I think it was laser blue and it had the stripes and union jack mirror caps. Countryman's are definitely growing on me.

I waved but just got a funny look in return haha.

I love the look of the front end on a Countryman! Looks a bit meaner than the rest of the lineup and certainly to me begs for driving / fog lights to be thrown on the front. However, I also think my MINI is begging for some driving / fog lights as well so I guess I'm quite biased on the subject.
